Grocr is a free, independent price-comparison tool. By using it, you agree to the following.

Prices are a guide, not a guarantee

Grocr gathers prices automatically from stores' online catalogues. Prices can be out of date, incomplete, or wrong, and stores change shelf prices on their own schedule. We show when each price was last checked, but you should always confirm the price in store before you buy. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information here.

Independent service

Grocr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the stores it lists. Store and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products. We never accept payment to change which shop is shown as cheapest.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with. Don't use Grocr to break the law, to disrupt the service, or to copy or scrape its data in bulk.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grocr is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its prices.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda.
